If you've received the wrong model skin or design, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order ID and a video showing the received skin so we can assist you promptly.
I provided the wrong contact information when placing my order.
If you've entered an incorrect phone number while placing your order, please contact us immediately. Unfortunately, the phone number cannot be changed once the order has been shipped. In this case, the order may be returned to us since delivery requires OTP verification. You may need to pay additional charges for reshipping the order.
My order was undelivered, and I didn't receive any call or message.
While this situation is uncommon, it could be due to an incorrect address or phone number. If your details are correct, there might be a serviceability issue with the courier company. In some areas, courier companies may accept shipments even though they cannot deliver them. If 15 days have passed since you placed your order and the issue persists, please contact us with your order ID.
